More halls for remote traffic control will be added in Přerov

The builders will construct a new six-storey building that will house, among other things, six control rooms. From them, traffic on other lines in Moravia and Silesia will be controlled remotely. Work is scheduled to start at the end of this year and will be completed in summer 2027.

The existing garages will have to give way to the construction of the new building, and their full replacement will be built as part of the construction. Workers will also build an energy centre to provide power to the entire CDP site. At the same time, dozens of new parking spaces will be built.

The entire area will be part of the critical transport infrastructure, so it will be monitored by camera system, the fencing will also be equipped with a detection system that records not only damage but also vibrations.

The maximum possible bid price is CZK 2,346,410,943. The actual construction is expected to take place from this December till summer 2027.
